The 5 Step Studio Experience
at Soul Story Photography
Step 1: Pre - Consultation
Lets get the ball rolling! Get in touch with Soul Story and we will schedule a pre-consultation phone call where you can tell us all about your family and what you are after in your photography experience.
A Studio Session Fee of $149 is due at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. No products or images are included in your Session Fee. Once you have paid your session fee and signed your contract agreement your session is Confirmed and Booked.
Step 2: Before your Session
Once your booking is secured we will send you a list of information to help you prepare for your session, this will cover most of your questions like what do i wear, what do i need to bring, and what to expect on the day. 2 days before your session we will be in contact again to go over any final details and any further questions you may still have.
Step 3: The Shoot
Today is the day that we shoot your session, we have lots of fun and create beautiful memories. Time may vary on the session you have booked this will be discussed in the initial Phone booking.
Step 4: Your Design Appointment
After your session you will come into our studio to view your gallery of images that we have taken on your shoot. The viewing will take place approx. 1-2 weeks after your session. You will need to allow 1-2 hours for this Process. During your session we will discuss wall art, albums and what you plan to do with your photos. To help you get a visual of your artwork in your home please take a photo of the wall that you wish to display your photos on and we can show you your finished frames on your wall with our specialised software.
Step 5: Delivery
As soon as your artwork arrives you will be notified straight away and you can book in a time for your pick up. We do ask you to allow at least half an hour for pick up so we can go through all your products with you, we are usually just as excited as you are to share them with you.
